This clause aims to clearly define the essential terms of the contract:

  • “Avopla”: Refers to the legal entity Avopla Inc., responsible for the services offered on the websites and applications.
  • “Avopla Sites”: Includes all platforms used to access the services, including websites, mobile sites, and applications.
  • “User”: Any individual accessing the Avopla sites and using its services.
  • “User Content”: Any data transmitted by the User within the Website or Application.
  • “Member”: Status granted to the User when identified on the site.
  • “Login and password”: Information necessary for identifying a User and accessing reserved services.
  • “Partner”: Includes restaurant owners and other service providers listed on the website.
  • “Service”: Refers to any service, accommodation, or other offering provided by Avopla or its Partners.

These terms and conditions aim to define the rules governing the use of the Avopla services. By opening an account, the User expressly and unreservedly accepts the terms of these general conditions as well as any specific conditions presented on the Avopla sites. These conditions constitute the contract between the sites and the User.

The specific conditions outline the provisions for the Table Reservation Service, available to anyone making a reservation through this service. Accepting these terms is a prerequisite for using the services offered by Avopla.

Important: If you do not fully or partially accept these terms, you are strongly advised not to use the Avopla sites.

Alternatively:

If the User does not accept the terms stipulated in this contract, they must refrain from accessing the services offered by the Avopla sites.

Avopla reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these terms at any time.

Failure to comply with these terms by the User may result in the suspension of services and/or denial of access without notice.


The Avopla sites offers its Users a variety of free services designed to simplify and enhance their culinary experiences. These include:

1- Real-Time Search and Reservation:

Avopla allows Users to search and book restaurant tables online instantly. This feature helps Users plan their culinary outings effectively and conveniently.

2- Promotional and Special Offers:

Users can access a selection of promotions and special offers provided by partner restaurants listed on the Avopla site. Note that not all restaurants offer promotions or special deals.

Promotions are exclusively linked to the reservation details (Restaurant, Date, Time, and Number of People). Changes in conditions (arrival time, number of people) may invalidate these promotions. Only the restaurant has the discretion to honor the promotion offered for a given reservation.

3- Modification of Reservations
Users can modify their reservations in three ways, considering the potential impact on active promotions:

  1. Cancel and re-book: The user can cancel their existing reservation and make a new one with updated details (number of people, time, or date).
  2. Call the restaurant: The user can contact the restaurant to check if the reservation can be modified and confirm any new conditions, including the applicability of offers.
  3. Inform on-site: If the number of people changes upon arrival, the user must notify the restaurant and verify with staff whether the initial promotion still applies.

Important: Modifications to reservations may affect promotions. The restaurant’s policies will determine whether promotions are honored.


4- Personalized User Account
Creating an account on the Avopla sites provides several benefits, including:

  • Simplified future bookings without re-entering personal information.
  • Effective management of past and upcoming reservations.
  • The ability to save favorite restaurants and build a personalized list for future visits.

Exclusive sites features, such as reservation history and managing favorites, are available only to registered members. Non-members are encouraged to create an account to enjoy these benefits fully.

5- Access Conditions:
Avopla aims to provide quality service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Interruptions, suspensions, or modifications may occur, especially for maintenance. Users cannot claim compensation for such interruptions.

Information provided by Avopla about restaurant menus, prices, or promotions is purely indicative. As Avopla relies on data provided by partner restaurants, the availability and accuracy of reservations, promotions, and schedules are not guaranteed. Avopla cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies or issues.


Reservations:
Avopla offers an online table reservation service, subject to restaurant availability. Users can cancel reservations at any time, up to 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

No-Show Policy:
If a user fails to honor a reservation without prior cancellation, Avopla will notify them electronically. Repeated no-shows may lead to account suspension.

Reviews and Ratings:
Members may leave reviews and ratings after dining at a restaurant booked through Avopla. Content must objectively reflect the dining experience and comply with Avopla’s guidelines. Offensive, inappropriate, or irrelevant content will be moderated or removed.

By submitting a review, users grant Avopla the right to publish their feedback and name as provided during registration. Users retain full ownership of their intellectual property but grant Avopla non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free rights to use, reproduce, and distribute the content.


All elements available on the Avopla website, such as text, images, and designs, are the property of Avopla or authorized third parties. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.


Avopla collects and processes personal data in compliance with applicable privacy laws:

  • Data Collection: Includes information such as names, emails, and phone numbers for identification and service provision.
  • Purpose: Data is used for service delivery, statistical analysis, and communication with users.
  • Data Sharing: Limited to necessary information shared with partner restaurants to fulfill reservations.
  • User Rights: Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their data, as well as oppose or limit its processing.

By using the Avopla sites, users agree to the use of cookies to improve navigation and user experience. Cookies may store recent searches or facilitate session management. Users can disable cookies via browser settings but may experience reduced service functionality.


Avopla may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. Avopla does not control these sites and cannot be held liable for their content.


The agreement remains effective as long as the user utilizes Avopla’s services. Users can terminate their accounts at any time.


Avopla disclaims responsibility for inaccuracies in partner-provided information, service disruptions due to force majeure, or user dissatisfaction. Users are encouraged to verify conditions directly with restaurant partners before booking.
