  • “User”: Refers to any individual utilizing the application (website or mobile application) or any services provided by the Avopla Site.
  • “User Content”: Refers to the data transmitted by the User through the Site/Application.
  • “Member”: Refers to a User who has registered and been identified on the site.
  • “Username and Password”: Refers to the credentials necessary to authenticate a User on the site. These credentials grant access to services exclusive to site Members. The password is strictly confidential.
  • “Partner”: Includes restaurant operators and other service providers collaborating with the Site.
  • “Service”: Refers to any services offered, including accommodation services or other services rendered by Avopla or its Partners.

To be able to use our Avopla web and mobile services, we are required to collect and process certain data and information. Depending on the nature of the use, it is imperative for us to utilize the data described below to ensure the provision of an appropriate service.

Avopla may collect and process the following categories of data:

  1. Personal Data: This includes, but is not limited to, the User’s name, first name, and date of birth (if voluntarily provided).
  2. Contact and Geolocation Data: This includes telephone numbers, email addresses, and postal addresses (if consented to by the User).

  7. Reservation Data: This includes details of reservations made, such as restaurant details, reservation specifics, special requests to restaurant operators, visit frequency, cancellations, and no-shows.
  8. Browsing Data: This includes all data required for the use of the Avopla Site, such as visit logs, device type, software used, and device details (IP address, MAC address, IMEI, language settings, and country).

To enhance the efficiency of its services, Avopla employs cookies and similar tracking technologies for various purposes.

Cookies are text files stored on a User’s device by a website for the purpose of retaining specific information. They enable the website to recognize and store User preferences to improve convenience. Cookies typically contain the domain name of the website that issued them, their expiration date, and a unique identifier.

User Responsibility: Users are advised to safeguard their login credentials and refrain from sharing sensitive information with others. Avopla assumes that any request received with a user’s credentials is legitimate.er.

The retention of User data depends on account activity. Data is retained as long as the User’s account remains active.

If an account is deactivated, data will be retained unless the User explicitly requests deletion. Retained data may facilitate potential account reactivation by the account owner.

Data sharing may extend to entities located in countries outside the user’s location. These transfers will adhere to applicable legal and regulatory standards to ensure data protection.
